About Graphtr

Graphtr started with a familiar frustration: you open a “free” design tool to make one poster, and twenty minutes later you're staring at a checkout page because you dared to want a transparent background.

We think the everyday design tasks — a poster for an event, a thumbnail for a video, an invitation, a business card — deserve a tool that is genuinely free. Not free-with-an-asterisk. So Graphtr has no account wall, no watermark, no premium export formats and no feature that stops working when a trial ends.

There is a second idea behind Graphtr, and it matters just as much: privacy by architecture. Your designs are saved in your own browser, on your own device. They are never uploaded to our servers — which means we couldn't look at them even if we wanted to.

Graphtr is a young product, built with care and shipped early. The editor covers the essentials today — templates, text, shapes, charts, image uploads and filters, layers, keyboard shortcuts and every export format — and it gets better steadily.
